Returns & Refund Policy

If there is any issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us first. Whether it’s a quality concern, damage during shipping, or something simply doesn’t feel right, we will always do our best to help and find a solution that leaves you happy.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a few photos if possible. We will review everything as quickly as we can and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.
If you change your mind or decide the item is not quite for you, returns are also welcome within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
For non-quality related returns, customers are kindly responsible for the return shipping costs, including any international shipping fees.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
